What's the book called again?

I've spent the past week whirling from television studio to radio phone-in, trying to make sure that the world and his wife is aware of the book, while peeking nervously at the reviews. Next week, I'm hoping to sit down and write on a few of the issues that have emerged - some of them related to various mistakes that I've made (which I'll be providing a full list of in the spirit of transparency and self-flagellation). That will include publishing a set of reading lists: if you think of each of my chapters as a taster on a particular subject, these will be the main courses.
